Emma oversees Clinical Operations for Redwood Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Associates/Somnology Medical Group, where she has worked since 2018. In this role she works closely with Dr. Lim to plan and execute new clinical programs and supervises daily operations. Emma has a bachelor’s degree in Biology and holds advanced degrees in Nursing and Midwifery from Birmingham Medical School in the United Kingdom, plus Masters degrees in Teaching and Maternal and Child Health. She has held several leaderships positions in both clinical and healthcare business environments, including our sister company Somnology, Inc., before joining RPMA/Somnology Medical Group. Emma enjoys direct patient care as well as project management and excels at both. When she is not at work, she is out riding one of her horses or enjoying the company of her children and friends. She is very involved with the local Pony Club, where she mentors young members and helps them gain skills in horseback riding, teamwork, animal care, and personal growth.
